Stephen Bell – Managing Director
Stephen Bell is a founding Director of iHRDirEx Pty Ltd. Stephen is also the founding Director and CEO of iHR Australia and has led the expansion of the iHR business group into Asia. Under Stephen’s leadership, iHR Australia has established a varied client base of over 400 companies in both Australia and Asia. iHR Australia has traditionally offered services in industrial relations, organisational development and generalist human resources activities.
In recent years, its expansion into Asia has meant a stronger focus on workforce integration, training development in Western methodologies relative to the HR function, as well as cross-cultural consultancy and training. Stephen is a leading expert in human resources capacity modelling.
He is an accomplished organisational development and human capital strategic advisor. Stephen regularly acts as a guest lecturer and facilitates leadership programs across the region. Stephen is currently building the iHR Board Governance practice in Bangkok as well as providing management direction for the expert human resources practitioners who work in the iHR Australia Group of companies.

Eileen Walsh - Director Professional Services
Eileen is iHR Australia's Director of Professional Services. Eileen is responsible for providing direction and management of iHR Australia's Senior Specialist Consultants, Facilitators and HR Generalists. Eileen is also responsible for the delivery of all services to iHR Australia clients.
Eileen has 18 years experience in Human Resources and Safety, Health and Environment. Eileen's experience has been in generalist human resources and also managing significant projects to achieve change. Eileen's particular skills and demonstrated expertise includes managing and delivering large projects for iHR Australia's clients and managing a team of HR professionals, combined with her ability to develop and adapt strategies to meet the needs of each particular organisation.
Eileen's success has been in developing cost effective HR solutions and models for iHR Australia's SME clients.

John Boardman – Director Workplace Relations
John has an extensive background in human resource management and industrial relations.
His expertise covers high order analytical skills and proven ability to assess strategic options.
He possesses strong negotiating, advocacy and presentation skills.
John has over thirty years experience in human resource management, many of which
have been at senior executive level. As Director of Personnel at the Public Transport Corporation
of Victoria, John headed the human resource function of an organisation with a workforce of
nearly 20,000.
John is a competent 'hands-on' technician and has researched, prepared and
conducted complex cases before both State and Federal tribunal. These include Full Bench appeals,
arbitrated wrongful dismissal cases, award variation, the making of Enterprise Agreements and
Australian Workplace Agreements, construction site allowances etc. John has also provided
advice to employers throughout major industrial relations disputes.
John has extensive experience in conducting independent investigations into
allegations of bullying and harassment, and has conducted major investigations in the health
(public hospitals and nursing homes), manufacturing, energy, and transport industries and
regularly co-facilitates Workplace Investigation Officer Training for Human Resource
practitioners around Australia.
