iHR Australia's Human Resources Compliance Review provides your organisation with feedback on their current Human Resources practices as well as a summary of their potential liabilities.
This review is not just a 'checklist': it will give your organisation a clear picture of potential business risks and facilitate development of a compliance / action plan. It provides feedback on management capacity and confidence in handling people issues, employee / contractor knowledge of HR policy and procedures, and the capacity of the organisation to attract and retain its good people.

Our final report and presentation will provide feedback in relation to what iHR Australia perceives as your good HR practices priorities, legal compliance obligations and the actions that are achievable with your business objectives.
An action plan and an implementation timeline will be provided with feedback on priority / required actions to remedy non-compliance and improve the organisation's management of its people / HR functions.
