Our On-site HR Partnering / Support provide a flexible range of either long term or short term options to:
- Assist you as your HR partner / team
- Complement or support your current HR resources
- Provide temporary relief for HR employees who are commencing maternity leave / long service leave (HR Relief)
Our on-site HR Partnering service can provide your company with an individual or team to deliver Strategic, Operational and Specialist, HR solutions and advice. This can be a single service or a combination of HR services engaged on an ad-hoc, or ongoing basis, depending on the level of support or development required by your business.
Strategic HR Support | Our Senior HR Advisers provide significant experience and expertise to our clients in developing a strategic and commercially focused HR Plan which support the short and long term direction of their business. They generally either work on-site or off-site 1 day per month, providing expertise on our working with our clients Senior Managers and executives.
Operational HR Support | Our HR Generalists provide key operational support to our clients to implement fundamental HR initiatives. They work either on-site for 1-2 days per week or on an 'as-needs' basis to provide vital support in areas such as policies & procedures, recruitment, induction, position descriptions, performance management and appraisal reviews. Their key focus is to execute the HR plan and develop the skills and capabilities of line managers.
Specialist HR Support | Our Senior HR Specialists provide expertise and advice for our clients, surrounding more complex issues such as Workplace Relations, workplace investigations, dispute resolution, OH&S, climate surveys and training requirements.
All our clients who work with our on-site HR partnering service have a dedicated Account Manager ensuring all expectations and initiatives/projects are delivered within agreed timeframes and budget.
