PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

Our suite of Performance Management tools supports human resource management as a strategic driver and integrated approach to the management and development of employees. Our Performance Management tools, training and systems are designed to align skills, competencies and requirements to achieve the organisational strategic objectives.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT TRAINING

Our Performance Management Training programs ensure Managers, Supervisors, Co-ordinators and Team Leaders are competent in successfully implementing performance management processes, one-on-one performance discussions and conducting successful performance appraisals / performance reviews. All our courses are delivered by Senior Facilitators and joined by our Workplace Reality Theatre (professional actors) for maximum impact and benefit for the participants.

PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL SYSTEMS

iHR Australia can develop a simple 'fit for culture and size' or amend your business' existing Performance Appraisal System. Key elements of our Performance Appraisal System generally include:

  • Review and evaluation of past performance against job accountabilities and the organisation's core values/behaviours
  • An agreement for the following 12 months on personal and/or team objectives
  • A development plan which supports achievement of objectives and or performance gaps
  • Conducting regular discussions throughout the performance cycle which include such things as coaching, mentoring, feedback and assessment

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT COACHING / MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT

iHR Australia has successfully coached individual managers and executives either on specific issues or general leadership skills including:

  • Understanding different aspects of people leadership
  • Increasing team and individual performance
  • Increasing self awareness of individual management styles
  • Enhancing leadership skills to become a more effective leader and manager
  • Understand how to individualise employee motivation and develop trust within team

This is generally conducted with iHR Australia's coaches on a one-on-one basis for an agreed period of consulting sessions.
