  • Remuneration and benefits
  • Workplace interactions at peer and management level
  • Training and capability needs.

iHR Australia’s Employee Survey services

iHR Australia provides independent, professional survey design, and expert analysis and reporting services. We work to maximise employee participation and honest feedback by guaranteeing confidentiality and participants’ anonymity.

You may elect to use our survey design and reporting services, or to engage us for a more comprehensive service, such as preparation of marketing and communication strategies and post-survey feedback and strategy implementation.

iHR Australia’s approach to survey services

We deliver end-to-end customised survey solutions in three distinct phases:

  1. Design phase: design and/or tailoring the survey questionnaire. Questions are well researched and constructed, and designed to gauge general satisfaction while addressing specific issues.
  2. Survey delivery: via an online survey platform or as paper surveys for offline employees.

  3. Reporting: including statistical data and analysis of high and low-performing areas. Individual reports can be provided on the performance of specific teams or business units. Our reports:

        • Identify and analyse business strengths, weaknesses and opportunities

        • Recommend solutions and strategies to meet business priorities

        • Align performance with the organisation’s vision and values

        • Assess current practice and behaviours, cultural expectations and aspirations

        • Identify training and development needs

        • Benchmark against performance in historical surveys.

Optional services

  • Communication and marketing strategies to maximise participation

  • Presentations of survey results to senior management or individual teams

  • Preparation of communications to staff and management about survey results

  • Facilitation of sessions with management to develop the strategies and plans for implementing agreed recommendations

  • Facilitation of focus groups to encourage employee teams to implement changes that result from surveys.
