The link between effective and appropriate leadership style to prevention and management of EEO and anti-bullying issues.
The impact (financial and cultural costs) that un-managed issues can have on employer brand, staff morale, retention and attraction of employees.
The key elements of the process used to manage allegations of unlawful discrimination and workplace bullying.
Their role as leaders in the everyday management and prevention of unlawful discrimination and bullying in the workplace. In particular the importance of:
* How they act everyday as leaders (role modelling) and the ripple effect
* How they respond to inappropriate behaviours they observe
* How they deal with issues that are brought to them
* How they demonstrate support and commitment for the organisation's policies
How the organisation's values relate to the prevention, and effective management of unlawful discrimination and bullying in the workplace
