EEO and Anti-Bullying Training Employees A Fair go is the only way to go'
Target Audience:
General staff and Contractors
Key Objective:
To introduce or remind staff in relation to the spirit of Equal Employment Opportunity legislation, anti-bullying guidelines and responsibility, as employees, to ensure a work environment free of discrimination, sexual harassment and bullying.
Learning Outcomes:

At the completion of the program participants should:

  • Understand the underlying spirit of Equal Employment Opportunity legislation and anti-bullying guidelines, “A Fair Go is the Only Way to Go.”
  • Understand the different forms of discrimination, sexual harassment and bullying
  • Understand the reporting process within your organisation for discrimination, sexual harassment and/or bullying allegations
  • Understand the importance of effective and empathetic communication in the prevention of discrimination/sexual harassment and bullying issues in the workplace
  • Understand how to deal with issues face to face and through your organisations processes
Resources:

Program Facilitator and Workplace Reality Theatre (Professional actors).

Structure: 2 hours
Up to 20 participants per session
