EEO and Anti-Bullying Training Employees A Fair go is the only way to go'
Target Audience:
General staff and Contractors
Key Objective:
To ensure that all participants understand the principles of EEO and anti-bullying related legislation as well as the role they have to play in the prevention and reporting of incidents within this area of employment law. Participants should also gain an understanding of their role in maintaining a culture of empathy, respect and constructive communication.
Learning Outcomes:

At the completion of the program participants should:

  • Understand the underlying spirit of Equal Employment Opportunity legislation and anti-bullying guidelines, “A Fair Go is the Only Way to Go.”
  • Understand the importance of organisational values to both individuals and teams;
  • Understand the different forms of discrimination, sexual harassment and bullying
  • Understand the reporting process within your organisation for discrimination, sexual harassment and/or bullying allegations
  • Understand the importance of effective and empathetic communication in the prevention of discrimination/sexual harassment and bullying issues in the workplace; and
  • Understand how to deal with issues face to face and through your organisations processes
Structure & Resources:
Two (2) hours, with up to 30 participants per session.

Delivered by a Senior iHR Australia Facilitator this program incorporates our unique methodology with the use of Professional Actors (Workplace Reality Theatre) to provide a true experiential learning experience.
Delivery Options:
In-house at your organisation, whereby the program content (including role plays) is tailored using your organisation's policies, procedures and values.
Cost:
Quoted on a proposal basis according to the number of participants, desired number of sessions and general organisational requirements or requests.
