Learning Outcomes:
At the completion of the program participants should:
Understand the underlying spirit of Equal Employment Opportunity legislation and anti-bullying guidelines, “A Fair Go is the Only Way to Go.”
Understand the different forms of discrimination, sexual harassment and bullying
Understand the reporting process within your organisation for discrimination, sexual harassment and/or bullying allegations
Understand the importance of effective and empathetic communication in the prevention of discrimination/sexual harassment and bullying issues in the workplace
Understand how to deal with issues face to face and through your organisations processes
