Jo
has over a decade of diverse management experience in a range of roles
incorporating Human Resources, Training and Development, Change
management and Marketing. Experienced and successful in both Corporate
and manufacturing site environments, Jo has developed strong
credibility from the team at "factory floor" to the highest level of
senior management.
With
a reputation for getting results without sacrificing a sense of fun and
engagement, Jo has conducted over a hundred training sessions using
varied approaches to accommodate diverse cultures, functions, levels
and abilities.
Jo holds
an MBA, is a trained Investigator and Contact Officer for EEO and
Anti-Bullying issues, and has practical experience handling complaints
and establishing prevention and issues handling
frameworks.

Sebastian Harvey
Sebastian
has built a solid reputation as a leading facilitator in the areas of
people and performance management. Sebastian brings over 20 years
experience working and consulting in the public, education and
manufacturing sectors with a focus on human resource development,
helping individuals, teams and organisations to be more successful
through sound people management practices.
Sebastian
is committed to organisational learning principles through holistic
analysis of issues, stakeholder dialogue, team learning and creative,
practical problem solving. He has a strong collaborative and
consensus-seeking approach to resolving complex issues, supported by
outstanding experiential training, action-based education,
facilitation, coaching and interviewing skills.
Sebastian
has qualifications in Training, Business, Psychology and Literature and
is a Certified Professional in HR (CAHRI). He is also involved in
leadership roles in community and professional organisations.

Shelley Wilkins
After
teaching in NSW Government schools for 17 years, Shelley has held a
number of senior Learning & Development roles in large corporations
throughout the 1990's. This enabled her to focus on designing company
wide learning frameworks, organisational culture change programs,
leadership behavioural assessment and team development programs.
Shelley’s clients have included a wide range of industries including
Banking & Financial Services, Retail, FMCG, Legal, Medical, Travel,
Energy, Insurance, Superannuation, Government and Real Estate.
Shelley
is passionate about developing constructive organisational cultures by
building trusting relationships and aligning people management
processes. She is an experienced facilitator who can assist her
workshop participants to develop the behavioural changes they are
seeking. Shelley’s academic qualifications include a Masters in
Educational Administration, Bachelor of Arts, Graduate Diploma in
Education as well as Certificate 1V in Workplace Training and
Assessment. Shelley also holds a number of accreditations in
instruments used in organisational development programs.

Stephen Bell
Stephen Bell is a founding Director of iHRDirEx Pty Ltd.
Stephen is also the founding Director and CEO of iHR Australia and has led the
expansion of the iHR business group into Asia. Under Stephen’s leadership, iHR
Australia has established a varied client base of over 400 companies in both
Australia and Asia. iHR Australia has traditionally offered services in
industrial relations, organisational development and generalist
human resources activities.
In recent years, its expansion into Asia has meant a stronger
focus on workforce integration, training development in Western methodologies
relative to the HR function, as well as cross-cultural consultancy and training.
Stephen is a leading expert in human resources capacity modelling.
He is an accomplished organisational development and human
capital strategic advisor. Stephen regularly acts as a guest lecturer and
facilitates leadership programs across the region. Stephen is currently
building the iHR Board Governance practice in Bangkok as well as providing
management direction for the expert human resources practitioners who work
in the iHR Australia Group of companies.
