The Snapshot HR Review is designed to provide an organisation's senior management and directors with a summary of their potential employment liabilities, as well as feedback on their current Human Resources practices.

Where to start? - The Snapshot Process
The Snapshot HR Review process starts with an analysis of the organisation's policies and practices by using sample interviews with management and employees, and is completed with a report and recommendations to remedy non-compliance and generally improve the organisation's management of its people/HR functions.

An assessment of key HR policies, processes and practices currently in place for your organisation. |

Interviews with management and staff |
The iHR Australia team will complete interviews with a representative sample to assess:- employees awareness and perception
- management capability and confidence to undertake
efficient practices

Assessment and Analysis |
We will analyse the resulting data and assess against legal compliance obligations, good HR practices and business needs. We will generate a report that clearly rates your organisation’s performance regarding potential liability, management capacity, employee awareness and retention. |

Report Presentation and Feedback |
Our report and presentation will provide feedback in relation to what iHR Australia perceives as your HR priorities and the actions that are achievable with your business objectives. It will recommend required actions to remedy non-compliance and generally improve the organisation’s management of its people/HR functions. |
